Our Residences

Championing Affordable Housing

We proudly own and manage eight properties in SoMa that provide affordable housing to over 1,200 residents. From our beginning in the early 1970s, we have fought to ensure our neighborhood has enough affordable housing, and we will continue to do so. Our buildings are beautifully designed and well-tended, evidence of the viability of affordable housing as an anchor for the SoMa community. We pride ourselves on caring for it residential buildings and, most importantly, for the people inside.
