THE MISSION BEHIND TODCO’S RESIDENT SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES PROGRAM (RSAP): MAKING AN IMPACT BY BUILDING A TRUE RESIDENT COMMUNITY

It all started back in 1985 when TODCO established the Resident Services and Activities Program, otherwise known as RSAP, shortly after opening our first building in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood. TODCO kicked off this program by starting small with a weekday lunch program provided by the Salvation Army Senior Meals Program to provide a quality daily meal for residents. What a day last month for the hiking club! We were out at Horseshoe Marina in Berkeley, reveling in the sunshine and the beauty of the outdoors. Such a great way to enjoy the bay area spring time weather. Our residents and staff love coming together for events and activities like this that give our residences a true sense of community.

10th Anniversary Spring Opening Reception:

6th on 7th Photography Workshop & Gallery is proud to announce their 10 year anniversary, so come join them for an opening photo reception on May 4th, 2024!

“On May 1st, 2014, 6th on 7th had our first photography show at our current location inside the building of the Hotel Isabel. Granted to us by TODCO (Tenants and Owners Development Corporation), our fiscal sponsor at the time, the gallery space has seen a myriad of shows, events, workshops, and transformations over the years as we’ve worked to benefit the underserved residents of SF and military veterans seeking creative expression.”
