The Year of the Dragon🧧
Last month we hosted our 2024 Lunar New Year Celebrations across each of our eight TODCO residences to bring in the Year of the Dragon! Thank you to our JSCO and RSAP staff for making these events possible for our amazing residents. We also want to give a huge thank you to our team at the 6th on 7th Photography Workshop and Gallery for capturing these high quality photos at each of our celebrations.
6th on 7th Photography Workshop
Our team at 6th on 7th Photography Workshop and Gallery had a jam packed month of February with multiple events in the city such as their photo walk as well as their opening photo show reception highlighting Bay Area photographer Wilton Wong!

The 6th on 7th Photography Works and Gallery is a part of the TODCO Arts Initiative and we love the amazing work they continue to do in our neighborhood.

YES ON A - Homes We Can Afford
The results are in from this year’s March election showcasing a resounding Yes vote (70.1%) to pass Proposition A! TODCO is proud to be one of the three biggest funders and supporters of the YES ON A initiative. To learn more about YES ON A and the positive impact that the Affordable Housing Bond will have in the work to create affordable housing within San Francisco click the link below.

The Knox SRO Renovation
Phase I of the Knox SRO Renovation is well under way with work upgrading the eighth floor of the building. A few of the renovations include the life safety system, adding a new roof, new windows, and other capital improvements. Keep an eye out as we begin to send more progress updates on this monumental project!
