2024 has been of to a great start here at TODCO! We've celebrated major events like New Year's Day and Martin Luther King Jr Day, among several other activities across our eight residential properties. Our team has been committed to jumpstarting 2024 on the right foot for our residents with the help of our committed staff members. As you navigate through this month's newsletter, you'll discover a variety of highlights from the month of January. Additionally, we've also outlined a few noteworthy points to watch out for as we usher in the new month.  2024 Martin Luther King Jr Celebrations

Our TODCO staff had a blast putting together this year’s Martin Luther King Jr celebrations across our eight buildings located throughout San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood! Residents were able to enjoy music, food, educational videos and much more in honor of Doctor King’s positive impact in the world.

Resident Field Trip To The Exploratorium

One of the many amenities that our TODCO residents are able to enjoy are activities such as our regular field trips to different attractions throughout the bay area. This resident field trip in particular was to the San Francisco Exploratorium: The Museum of Science, Art, and Human Perception. The Knox SRO Renovation Update

The Knox SRO has started the work for its major renovation in upgrading all 140 units. While also upgrading the life safety system, new roof, new windows, and other capital improvements.

Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF) worked with our team here at TODCO Group to close on a a $12 million construction bridge loan to support the rehabilitation of this project at the Knox SRO (single-room-occupancy); one of our eight residences here in San Francisco’s SoMa neighborhood.

The work on this project should be completed by 12/31/2024.

What’s Happening Next Month..?

The month of February is packed with many events and activities at each of our eight residences. We will be having daily activities that range from our Visual Arts Classes to Tablet/Smartphone Courses and Field Trips to Chinese New Year Celebrations and much more! Residents are able to see a list of monthly events printed out at each building and or view this monthly calendar digitally through email.

Thank you to our staff for working hard to build our Resident Services and Activities Program (RSAP) which was established in 1985!
